The lady on the phone said that their warranty policy had changed or that the manufacturer?s agreement changed, so that they not only charged for repair/replacement, but that they charged for labor. They said that they would give me a call in 2-3 days. 

I haven?t heard from them.  I don't know if I want to use them again.

The workers were very nice.  They did a good job.

The windows are double-paned glass.  The screens are actually on a roller attached to the window.  They're a pretty unique design.

Ok, let?s get one thing out of the way up front. Whatever it is you want these guys to do, you can find someone somewhere else who will do it cheaper. So for those of you who shop on price alone, move along, there?s nothing to see here.

For those of you who are still with me; for those of you who value old school ethics like pride in craftsmanship, these guys are da bomb. They don?t slam things out, they take the time to do it right. And if there are features you need to copy or match, they?ll either hunt it down or make it for you. They are prompt, polite, professional, and there?s none of this ?show up at ten take a 2 hour lunch and quit at 3? stuff. They put in a full day, and they don?t loiter around. Peter (the owner) and/or Paul (the designer) are always there to make sure things go smoothly. These are good people, and they are a good crew, of the hard-to-find-these-days type.

Oh, and that money thing we talked about at the start? Really, you?ll pay these guys no more than what you would pay any decent contractor. The thing is, for the price of decent, you get first rate. It?s the best upgrade deal in town.

They were very professional and explained well. They did the work without any problems and did a good job. I will use their services in the future.

I did not pay anything as it was under warranty. They have been very good to deal with. They are very competent in replacing the windows. They are excellent, prompt, did a good job while replacing the old windows and planned up early. When I called them for a problem, they were there and I couldn't have asked for more than this. Their price is expensive, but they are good in quality.

In May, I had all the windows replaced in my condo with their energy efficient, double-pane glass windows. In July, I had Plantation Shutters installed throughout my condo. Everyone in the company was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient and went above and beyond what was expected of them. Marshall Redman, the sales rep, never pressured me to buy anything. Instead, he just answered all my questions and let the products and the company?s reputation do the selling. The follow-up appointments for critical measurements done by Carlos (windows), then Peter S. Cherney (President of the company) and Paul (shutters) gave me great piece-of-mind knowing that even before my window and shutters were delivered and installed that I was going to get a first-class job. And their additional input in helping me choose shutter configurations was extremely helpful and appreciated. The installers, Carlos and Jerry (windows), and Dan and Pedro (shutters) were amazing. I work in the motion picture and television industry and have a very critical eye for detail and extremely high standards when it comes to good clean, professional work. Their work from beginning to end was exceptional. And last, but certainly not least, there was Reggie in the office. She was wonderful and coordinated all the appointments to accommodate my crazy work schedule.

Professional, and on time. Had some problems getting to come out and fix something post-installation, but I eventually got a hold of them and they fixed the problem.

Excellent! The person that came out that did the original estimate quoted me too low for the company. When it came down too it, the company realized there mistake and let me make monthly payments without interest. They did everything well.

Window World's crew were very professional and careful, taking one step at a time to make sure they were installing everything correctly. I was really impressed and would highly recommend them to others.

Everything was good with the exception of their employees returning phone calls. The work isn't holding up(after 2 years). The quality of their original installation isn't good. It was overall poor quality of workmanship.

The field supervisor George came out and explained what would take place and in what order. He also let us know what we could do ahead of time, so our plantings around the home would not have significant damage from the trenching. The two gentlemen that worked at our home were Santiago and Jose. We can't say enough about them. From the preparation of the exterior to the finish, work was excellent. You can see from the finished product that they both take great pride in their work. They trenched completely around the home, patched any cracks or holes in the stucco, and filled the wood trim where needed. They took their time and made sure the job was done right. We would highly recommend Window World.

They said it would be 4-6 weeks and it ended up taking 5 months. They installed broken windows and doors and replaced the doors with different doors. The doors and windows rattle. It is a nightmare.

Everyone I dealt with was very polite and friendly, and crews were always punctual, generally arriving within 10 minutes of first appointed time (i.e., if they said they'd be there between 7:30 and 9, they were there at 7:35). There was mess and dust of course, but they did a good job trying to contain the mess, covering furniture with plastic, and cleaned up afterwards. Work was done quickly and well. The quality of the windows is excellent. I have had no problems, and my heating and air conditioning bills have dropped significantly. Very pleased!

VERY GOOD SERVICE. THE QUALITY OF THE WINDOWS WAS VERY GOOD AND THE PANES WERE BEAUTIFUL. THEY ALSO WERE TRUE TO THEIR TIME FRAME, ON TIME WITH THEIR APPOINTMENT AND CLEANED UP ALL LEFTOVER DEBRIS. THEY ALSO REMOVED AND HAULED AWAY OLD WINDOWS AT NO CHARGE. MAY HAVE BEEN A LITTLE PRICEY, BUT I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE WORK.
