They came on time, replaced the mother board and fixed the heater the same day.  Price was good and they didn't leave any dust or debris behind.

They stated they would call 30 minutes before their estimated arrival.  I never received that call which turned out ok.  However, there were 2 guys (one doing all the work and another who was more of a salesman).  The salesman was trying to push to sell me a detailed cleaning of our furnace.  It was very dirty, but not $500 more to clean it.  I felt a little uncomfortable when the one guy did his thing around the house while the salesman tried selling more to me.  He seemed very interested with all the things stored in our garage too.

It was in January 2013 that I had General Air Care Pro come to the house to check out our ducting and furnace.
Perry was awesome. We purchased a reduced priced certificate from Groupon for cleaning our ducting. He came to the house ON TIME and checked out our ducting in the attic. The did the cleaning per the agreement but the ducting was literally falling apart. He quoted us the price to replace the ducting in the attic. His price was better than my second bid. My family was smelling an odor that was like burning dust when you first turn the heater on for the first time in the cold season. He found that the furnace needed to be repaired. It is the original system that came with the house in 1984. When the technician got inside the furnace; he found additional work that needed to be done. Perry honored the price he had given us, which was excellent.  The technician showed me the parts from the furnace that were bad. They looked like they were burned and melted.  Two separate crews came out and did the work in the same day. The ducting was put in quickly and the guys were very polite and did the job efficiently and left the work area clean.  Perry came back a few days later to make sure everything was done right and we were happy. Now we don't even know the heater is on because it is so quiet but we can definitely tell that it is on and we are very happy.
I would definitely refer General Air Pro Care and Perry to anyone who is looking for a great Heating & A/C company.
