They were professional and fast.    He was very helpful.  He was very knowledgeable on the window options.  He was a nice guy and even the installers were nice.  The office was very cordial and very patient when I called about my remaining balance.  Everyone was good in the company.

They were on time for our appointment. They did a really good job!  They were very kind, nice, professional and informative.  They were on time and very good about answering all of our questions and also very good about cleaning up after the work was completed. I would highly recommend them to others.

The salesperson, Daniel, was very nice and tried hard to get me the best deal possible.  He called me to let me know he was on his way, and he showed up promptly at the scheduled time.  The man who measured the windows the next day was also prompt.  The windows came in sooner that expected, which was nice.  The two installers showed up on time, also.  The installation went smoothly and took about four hours.  When they were finishing up, I asked if they could install a screen door latch on a sliding screen door that had been replaced before I bought the house.  They not only installed the latch, but adjusted the screen so that it slid more smoothly!  They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite.

They are very good. They were here five hours. They installed it very nicely. Their price was fair. The salesman was very nice. I appreciated his help very much. He figured out, the best he could, to save me money. The manager came to measure and he was very fine. He came and measured beautifully. Then the installers came and sawed out the old windows and put in the new. It's very nice. I had a very nice experience with them.

We had a window with broken seals.  As a result, water was able to seep into the bottom of the window, causing condensation buildup within the panes of the window.
We had Frontline come in and replace the window pane.  They came one afternoon, gave us a quote, were back a few weeks later after the new window pane.  They replaced the window pane.  The adhesive they used was fairly smelly, but I assume that is normal.  They finished in about an hour.  Fairly hassle free.

The project went extremely smooth from start to finish. The sales person was very knowledgable about the wide array of window replacement options and (gasp) actually discouraged us from an upgrade option that we truly did not need. We needed to replace our original, drafty aluminum sliding windows but kept delaying the project due to concerns over selecting the right company out of a sea of contractors, time, cost, and having a crew invade every room of our home. We decided to start with Frontline based on a strong recommendation from a friend at my gym who was extremely pleased with their results. Well, we did what we have never done before and actually selected Frontline after the first consultation.

Frontline is extremely flexible and worked with our busy schedules to set-up times that were convenient for us. This applied to the initial consultation, follow-up, measurement appointment, and final installation. All windows were installed in 1 day. All old windows and doors were hauled away and the areas around the windows, both interior and exterior, were cleaned up neatly. Amazing job well done!

We did experience a slight post-installation problem with windows that did not open the way our original windows opened..."XO" vs "OX". It took us a few weeks to realize there was a problem because we didn't open the windows until the weather changed. After much discussion, we reluctantly decided to contact Frontline to have 2 windows changed. A company's true customer service strength is often determined by how well problems are resolved. Frontline exceed our expectations by their quick response and reassurance that our satisfaction was their main objective. Our 2 windows were replaced and we can now say that this home improvement project was a total success. We highly recommend Frontline for window and door replacements. They truly stand behind the products they sell and install.

They worked very well with me and my schedule.  The windows came in on time.  The guys came on time, did a fabulous job.  Cleaned up after themselves, had no problem wearing "booties" in my house.  They cleaned the windows so I was left with a beautiful view and wonderful new windows.  When one of the windows was wrong, they quickly re-ordered with with no questions asked.  We had a problem with some of the trim, and again, it was made right.  They were so easy to work with and had a better quality window than any others I had seen.
Frontline was the SEVENTH window company I had gotten an estimate from, and I'm glad I waited for the BEST.

It was perfect. I called them for an estimate. They have huge selection of windows for very competitive prices. we set a day for installation. Very professional installers did everything at the same day. cleaned the area behind them and left. I'm very happy.

There were some issues but they have been resolved to my satisfaction, they stand behind their work and products.

I found these guys on one of the flyers and called them. Based on the appointment set-up, Daniel came for the presentation and estimation. I liked the quality of their products and decided to go ahead with them. The windows and doors were installed based on the time given. The net-lock for one of the sliding doors was damaged, which got taken care by the manufacturer after couple weeks of installation.
Overall the experience was good. The product is great and the service is great too.
I would recommend it to anyone who's interested in buying.

We were told to wait up to three weeks,
and the window came at the end of the third week. They were punctual
and ready to start their job. The installation was done quickly, smoothly and

We first met with Daniel, for our estimate.  He was very friendly, punctual, and answered all our questions.  He did not pressure us, not a hard sell type of situation at all.  Very relaxed, and pleasant.  After a bit of haggling, we agreed on a price and placed our order.  That same day, a very nice employee of theirs, stopped by and took exact measurements of our windows.  They were all custom fit windows.
We were told it would take about 2 weeks for the windows to arrive, and it was actually a bit under that time frame when they gave us a call to set up the installation.  We set the appt, and the team of 2 men showed up right within the time frame window.  They quickly got to work removing the old windows and doors.  I think it took maybe 20 minutes all the windows were out.  I was told, actually guaranteed that it would all be done in one day, and yes, I was skeptical.  The men did have some trouble with one of the sliding glass doors.  The darn thing just didn't want to come out, but after a bit of work, they managed it get it out.  They then proceeded to install the windows.
They work quickly, and professionally.  They made sure that the windows fit properly, they used spray foam insulation, and then sealed any gaps with caulk.  Then it was time for the sliding glass doors.  One went in like a breeze, the other, they had a bit of trouble with, but again, they were dilligent and got it in.  They then applied a border and trim, again using spray foam and sealing with caulk.  As promised, they were in and out in 1 day. 
I could not be happier with them.  No more drafts, and they also cut down on the noise from outside.

They came through with a rush delivery in about 1 week.  Installers were clean and punctual.  I would use them again and recommended them to others.  The price on the rush order was high, but comparable to other window companies.

They did not bring all the correct windows. I had to board up a window they had removed without having the right window. They wanted me to wait at least a week in cold weather leaving a 10 foot wide opening. I howled and they came back in 2 days.  They broke some bushes. They also required an extra service call from security system people. They agreed to reimburse me for those costs but took nearly 2 months to get the check for a whopping $160 on a $10,000+ job.  They left nails around the outside of the house and did not install all the screens which they should have done. I got them to do most of that on the second time they came out.  They came on a Saturday but it was clear that they really did not want to be here and wanted to get out ASAP though I provided them bagels and cream cheese, coffee, etc.
