Our experience could truly not have been better. After contacting Coleman they came out first thing the following morning. They were friendly and professional throughout. They quickly determined what the issue was and our AC was working immediately. What made me so happy with their service, was that we had another company come out previously who indicated that they could not repair our system and that we needed to replace the whole HVAC system in the house. Coleman on the other hand repaired it at very minimal cost and it was working good as new. Trust is the most important thing to me when working with home repair companies, and for that reason I will not consider another company for any HVAC needs.

Joel returned the call promptly and answered basic questions after hearing the symptons from my girlfriend. We set the appt for after his last appt of day at 3pm. As promised he phoned when on the way. He went up to the rooftop unit and changed a small part plus did an adjustment. The unit is old but Joel fixed it right up. In addition to prompt, effective service he explains things very well.
We will be using him again and recommend him to others.

Joel came out took things apart, got it running for me no problems since then. Told me to let him know if I had trouble he would come back.

He showed up just before the agreed upon time. He was courteous and diagnosed the problem quickly. He returned soon with the replacement part and got the job done before it got hot inside the house. He charged a fair price for the services rendered.

I had 50 guests invited to my home for a Baby Shower for my Niece on June 2nd...that week was extreamly hot and my A/C stopped working, I called my Sister and she called Joel Coleman, Owner of Coleman Heating and A/C around 3PM Tuesday afternoon and explained my problem. He came out to my home in Valencia to see if it could be resolved that day, he was able to determine the board was bad and he would then have to locate a part, explaining to me the parts are not all the same on every unit and the parts houses do not carry all parts. He had to make many calls to the technical support department to help correct the issue with the unit, while also trying to keep the cost as and quot;LOWand quot; as he could and repaired as quickly as possible, all the time he kept reassuring me he would have the unit back up and working for my Party!!!He located the board and worked as quickly as he could to get us back in the comfort of our Air, on that HOT June day my party was a and quot;COOLand quot; success!
I would never use anyone but him, he was Kind, thougthful, clean, prompt...and more like a friend! Someone I would and quot;TRUSTand quot; in my home.Thank you JOEL, I will always tell my friends to call you first!!!
