It was fine. I really appreciated his knowledge, creativity and expertise. asking what we wanted. We really appreciate looking at the window and enjoying watching the birds and butterfly.

Randy Mineo (the owner) and his crew created a beautiful landscape design with a combination of drought-tolerant plant areas, sod (we wanted to keep some green areas for our dogs and us!), DG, and bark. WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. He was attentive every step of the way. His crew, led by long-time foreman Feliciano, were professional and perfectionists. We let Randy create the design and it is awesome. (No need for hiring a landscape architect!) When we had questions, all were answered immediately. When Feliciano was not happy with something---he fixed it. There was a great attention to detail. Wonderful communication and a gorgeous result.

They are apparently very busy, so if you can wait 3 months or more to meet with them for an estimate of work to be completed, then great.  This is the first company I called that said they couldn't even send someone to give an estimate until 3 months from now.  Many other landscaping companies will provide an estimate within 2 weeks of contacting them.

It was terrific.  Randy and Becky the owners were wonderful to deal with, very professional and responsive to all my needs.  The crew which was headed by Feliciano was great.
Once the grass was completely dead this took about 3 weeks, the soil removal and grading took 2 days, and the actual new drought tolerant landscaping took 3 days to complete from start to finish.
The rains we had in December washed away a small portion the potting soil and ground cover and they came back and took care of it  and fixed it so it wouldn't re-occur, no additional cost to me.
I would not hesitate to use or recommend them.

All work accomplished on time and very detailed instructions provided to us. Very good communications with job foreman and his work crew and professional follow up with the business owner during the job and after completion. Must comment on the professional conduct of the work crews. Everyone accomplished his job in the most efficient manner, cleanup was excellent each day and followup for minor adjustments or repairs was quickly done.

They did a fantastic job and we are still happy with the end result a year after its been completed. Randy and his crew are very professional and work hard. He's very personable and just a great experience. Thanks Randy.

Randy made suggestions regarding removing old trees and bushes, The watering system was in good shape, but needed repairs after the tree root grinding. The Chatsworth crew was able to handle all of that work. The old lawn area was treated, the soil enhanced, and we had a fence installed to keep our three dogs off the hill area. The ground was enhanced with good dirt. A water line had to be moved, which was also done by the Chatsworth crew. We picked out the drought resistant plants and trees with Randy's help. Finally came the time to install the new groundcover, plants and trees. The work crew was on time each day and worked diligently to complete the job. They cleaned up each day.

The work performed was outstanding in all respects. Randy is interested and excited about all that he does. The hard scape guy, Victor, is incredible. The transformation in the yard is unbelievable. Don't hire anybody else, these guys are the best.

They are friendly, knowledgeable, very prompt and fast in their work. They were in and out in record time. All of their workers were courteous, nice, and clean. They've also been back to check on their work, and you can call them anytime, and they will come out and check on you. I really love working with them, they're great!

OVERALL I WAS SATISFAIED WITH THE WAY IT TURNED OUT. I HAVE HAD SOME PROBLEMS MAINTAINING IT. I WOULD RECOMMEND REALLY FOLLOWING UP WITH THE COMPANY. IT WAS ABOVE AVERAGE WORK, IT WASN'T EXCEPTIONAL BUT IT WAS ABOVE AVERAGE.
