+ -1 moreTHEY'RE SUPER. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM YOU CALL THEM UP AND THEY WORK ON IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. WHEN THEY WERE SCHEDULED TO COME AT THE HOME, THEY CALLED FIRST AT THE OFFICE SO THAT WE COULD LEAVE THE OFFICE AND MEET THEM HERE WHEN THEY WERE EXPECTED.
Description of Work: THEY RECONFIGURED THE DESKTOP WITH WINDOWS XP SO THAT WE COULD CONNECT TO THE OFFICE REMOTELY.
