CAC Fabrication Inc

We spoke with David from CAC to set up a time for him to come out and evaluate the repairs needed. He agreed to come out on a Sat. morning and did not show up and did not return my email or calls inquiring as to what happened. Then when I finally was able to speak to him weeks later he did not acknowledge that he missed our appointment until we asked what happened. He had no response other than he didn't know why he didn't show up, then scheduled for another Sat. morning and showed up one and a half hours late. Once repairs were scheduled, the workman that came out was not able to finish the repairs as promised because there was a lack of communication between him and David as to what was needed. David had taken the wrong measurements for the sink repair. So we had to call CAC several more times to get someone to come out to finish the repairs. This entire process took weeks. Since the repairs took two separate visits and I wrote a check for the final balance after the first visit and invoice, there was a mix up regarding the final balance due. I received five harassing phone calls from David and his office staff in the 12 hours after the job was done, accusing us of shorting them $66. I called back and asked for an explanation of the bill and David continued to threaten me and insult me. After looking at the two invoices received, we paid the amount due but would NEVER recommend CAC or use them again.
