Ash, Josn and John alerted me as to their arrival time and were prompt. They were polite, informative and kept me informed of their packing process. An explanation of the papers was given for all papers that they and I signed. I would recommend Bekin and this Team II for a Move.

Everything went just how they laid it out. They came and loaded everything, the estimate was spot on. they put down runners in the traffic areas to keep the hardwood floors safe. They wrapped all furniture in blankets and shrink wrap or using bands as needed. They unloaded us a week later and this was a smooth operation. Even when it started to rain they took care to keep my stuff out of the rain.

Everything was just okay. I had to call the next day for them to move the rest of my belonging to my new home. I would not use them again considering this was supposed to be a one day move that two days.

I have moved with professional movers maybe two dozen times and this was the worst experience ever. 
Packers arrived late, one got sick and the helper other took him away. Four hours and many calls later the helper returned with another helper. They did a flat out horrible job to get it done by 5:00 PM. Threw items in boxes, like my beautiful and expensive B&O turntable, not padded, just tossed on its edge in a box with  other items.. This after asking that they take special care with the electronics. Knives bare in boxes. All just horrible.
Driver hard working and loading went OK the next morning. But the estimated weight was a thousand pounds under the actual weight and we had to pay the difference. They never told us they would not be using the local agent where we moved and they instead rented a shabby rental truck, a local transient for help and trans-loaded our belongings. It looked like we were Grapes of Wraith moving into our new home.
Driver had removed bolts of recliner chair and the packers had packed the bolts somewhere in the load. These were not found until a week later and no tools to install. They left an expensive lamp where they loaded the rental truck and the local guy was supposed to bring it out that afternoon, but he didn't and was unreachable. The local Bekins office was totally unaware of our move and couldn't help. We finally got the lamp left on our porch in the rain a few days later
A month later we are still finding problems from the move. Miserable all the way. Use anyone else and make sure the company uses their own employes on both ends.

These people were very professional and pleasant. They worked with a smile on their faces and there wasn't any unpleasantness....The fee was exactly as the estimate said it would be......and they went out of their ways to take care
with our belongings....including a baby grand piano and a large cabinet (7 pieces).....

The worst experience in moving, can provide pictures of broken boxes, damaged furniture and broken Murano glass sculpture that was crated , broken to pieces, $ 15,000.00 loss for that alone. The insurance underwriters were Chubbs, only reimbursed me for the sculpture. Please make sure when moving, that the truck picking up your furniture is the same one delivering it to the house. Mine was moved twice, it took them 3 weeks to arrive at their destination. No one at Bekins would return my calls, I had to deal with the insurers myself (6 months). Total loss of $ 25,000.00.

It was a very expensive move. They packed everything and moved it and put the boxes in the new house. I would never use them again because one of the things they told me they would do they never did. We even had an attorney write to them and they wouldn't respond to them either. It was something that amounted to less than $200, but they just refused to honor something they promised me as part of the move. They also wouldn't get back to me on some other things.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY MADE SURE TO WRAP EVERYTHING VERY CAREFULLY SO THAT NOTHING GOT BROKEN. THEY TOOK THEIR TIME AND MADE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS TAKEN CARE OF.

VERY GOOD. CAREFUL WITH OUR STUFF.

THE MOVE OUT OF THE HOME, TO STORAGE WENT WELL. EMPLOYEES WORKED HARD YET TOOK NECESSARY TIME TO BE SURE OUR FURNITURE WAS NOT HARMED. ONLY A FEW ITEMS WERE BROKEN WHICH WERE NOT IMPORTANT.
