The reupholstery work that we had done was done well and professionally. However, I need to warn against using this company for any refinishing services. Robert absolutely ruined our wood chairs despite indicating that he could refinish them. He insisted on using a stain which ended up looking mottled and resulted in our now having to have our chairs painted. We requested and received a minimal refund; however, Juan (Robert's father) was belligerent and unprofessional in the way he dealt with our situation. I requested that we discuss the problem and he continually waved me away and did not return my call despite saying that he would.
