He canceled on me and I asked when he can come back and he said I won't even tell you when I'll come back or if I can. I have three service contracts with him. I have him on service contracts and the service contracts are fine, it's just coming out doing the job. I tried to pass information through his office staff and they're not passing the information. I don't know if I will use them again.

I spend $600 a year for a service contract. They are very honest, kind, clear and prompt. They show up in emergency situations.
