On July 10 th, they were supposed to arrive at 9AM, and they arrived at noon. They started around 1PM, and worked until 1AM when I kicked them out. The next day, we decided to buy a car topper, and take what we can, and sell everything we couldn?t fit. I called Tom Russo, who is one of the owners, and he told me he wouldn?t charge us any more money, and that he could come out with a second truck to pick up the remainder of the stuff. He said he would come out, but instead sent one of his workers. They were supposed to arrive at 7AM, but did not arrive until 10. My son had to help the professional movers move our stuff. They also added additional fees because of the elevators and having to transport everything to the truck. So after my son had to help move everything, they finally finished at 3PM on July 12 th. We were supposed to leave at 9AM, and didn?t end up leaving until 4:45PM. So now it is July 29 th, and they said they are going to put everything into storage because I won?t pay an extra $2,300 for the second truck. I have already paid them $3,000. They have not moved anything, and have said they will put it into storage in California.
