George Cooper was recommended by a friend who is an electrical contractor. My husband contacted George, who asked that we both be present at our first meeting to tell him what we needed and wanted in the bathroom. He listened to everything we said and put a quote together. When we were concerned about the price, George suggested changes that would save us some money. Once the plan was finalized, we set a date to start the work. *NOTE about the price of work: It may seem high, but this was no quickie bathroom remodel. They put layers of cement in the walls where the tile would be, and made sure everything was level and leak-proof. Also, we chose some fancy tile and fixtures. It all adds up! George's crew showed up on time every day, and worked hard from start to finish. They were always professional and considerate, and cleaned up at the end of every work day. Under George's supervision, the guys made sure that things were done right every step of the way. They obviously take pride in their work, and now we have a bathroom that makes us proud. It was really a pleasure working with George. Whenever I had a question or concern, I could call or text him, and he'd respond right away. He guided me through the whole design process. When I didn't know what kind of paint to buy, he rushed over to the paint store to help. He even went tile shopping with me - how many contractors will do that? This project was a good experience from start to finish. My husband and I would be happy to work with this contractor again.
