+ -1 moreAdam had to try and coordinate visiting our home to evaluate the job several times due to our schedule, but he followed up. The work was done quickly, he didn't try to make the job a big one but instead used what he could of what was already there, he was honest, the work was well done. On the invoice, he noted the number of hours and his hourly rate.
Description of Work: Our A/C sits on the back patio next to the house. The patio roof holds the heat in. We asked to Mr. Ponce to consider and price whether the A/C should be moved to the roof, or out into the yard, or stay put and an existing ventilator fan be powered and coordinated it so it only comes on when the A/C does. He explained the cooling loss of the A/C in the sun on the roof plus additional piping, and the piping cooling losses to a yard location would be a recurring expense in addition to the expense of moving them, so he proposed leaving the A/C in place. He ran new power to the exhaust fan so that it came on with the A/C, installed a new transformer and tested it.
