VERIZON WIRELESS

I have been happy enough with them, it is not something I would rave about. I have been with them for 10 years. One of the best things with them is my service area, I can actually use my phone in certain areas. I hate dropped calls. With my last service provider I couldn't use my cell phone at home.

The price is high. They provide a good service. I have been with them for many years, and I will continue to use them in the future.

I was hoodwinked by Verizon. I bought my phone at the kiosk in the mall, which isn't an actual store. Since it wasn't an actual store, I bought my phone thinking I would get the deal that was offered in the stores. Unfortunately that was not true, and I spent about $200 more than I had to. It left me feeling cheated, and when I called Verizon they told me 'To bad you already signed a contract'. After I was made aware of the difference between a kiosk and a store my experience with Verizon was great. I would not use them again though, as I still feel cheated.

We had been with Verizon for about 5 years, and we split my daughter off into her own plan that was under my 'umbrella'. She changed the number of minutes on her plan, which it clearly stated was allowed in the agreement, but what it didn't tell us was that it reset the 2-year agreement. So after a year my daughter couldn't afford it and cancelled her plan. They slapped her with $175 early cancellation fee. It made me extremely angry. I went through the customer service but nothing ever ended up happening. Lastly they couldn't offer me service in foreign countries that I was planning on visiting.

POLITE, KNOWLEDGEABLE SERVICE BUT WE HAD TO RETURN FOR A PROMISED $10 CREDIT THAT WASN'T ORIGINALLY GIVEN TO US.
