TMK Construction

Be wary of this company. They do not have their own staff, not reliable and not honest. Scope of work is very vague and not professional. I wish I could give is zero stars. These guys are shady, high pressure, expensive, disrespectful and will not take no for an answer. I made a request for a quote for pavers for our front yard. Hiring TMK construction to work at my house was a complete mistake. Having my wife and I deal with the construction workers including its project manager/salesman Arie Levy was a total nightmare. Experiencing completion of the project would really make you think that constructors from **** do exist. The project went in to completion stage with unresolved issues, however, the finished product is sub-par, the pavers are uneven, some pavers sunk and some are raise due to un-compact and not level. I am very disappointed for what we have been through and I hope it does not happen to anybody paying above $15,000 for a front yard project. DO NOT USE TMK Construction-This is not an honorable company, DO NOT give TMK Construction any business. We, the consumers, do not let shady company exist to scam us our hard-earned money.

Job was completed. I was not satisfied of the price. Too pricey and I think The contracting officer took advantage of me being just retired and for a small one story house charged me too much. It looks that this construction company have to contract other contractors. Particularly, the person that came to my house whose name is Michael writes the contract, has many paid assistants under him who provides workers that are not employees of the company but contractors, estimates the cost without a breakdown of the expenses and ask upfront for a down payment. I demanded a breakdown and I was right. The breakdown did not include the exact cost of labor and materials used. I researched all the cost of the materials and labor by calling the stores and used the Dept of Labor OOH handbook and everything was overpriced. I have all the calculations and even double or triple the the prices and it is too much. This Michael is looking for elderly people who charges them too much. So I am warning anyone that please please before signing the contract check with this company, review the contract and the price and work to be done. I will not recommend this company. Too many contractors going to your house and in a hurry to do the job and after your money. I am not sure if the owner of the company knows this. I also think the company hires this Michael who also have contracted with another person and this other person calls another company to work with him. So prices goes up. After all the work that was done, I was not satisfied and completely disappointed and depressed with the pricing as it took all my retirement savings.

Well, where to start? I can't say enough good things about this company! They can really do anything. From bathroom remodels to kitchens to windows, etc. They have great attention to detail and excellent customer service. I highly reccomend their work.

It went absolutely wonderful! I am so happy with my bathroom turned out. Will hire again for my kitchen :)

Theybwere very punctual, stuck to a tight budget I had, were always friendly and offered amazing insight on ideas in would have thought of! I definitely would go to them for future projects.

TMK construction took the time to listen to my needs and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. The pricing on my projects have all been reasonable and completed in a timely manner unlike some services that can take forever and disrupt your lifestyle. Not with them. The convenience was amazing. I needed my kitchen remodeled. From the first time I called them they were extremely courteous and they were able to give me a very quick quote so that I knew what I would be starting with. they showed up on time every day and got the job done in less than the timeframe that they told me . I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family .

My girlfriend and I just moved into a new place and we wanted to do some remodeling work for our kitchen. We had a very specific job in mind and I can definitely say they hit the nail on the head. They ripped out the nasty, old linoleum and replaced it with beautiful tile, as well as redid some of the walls. The entire process was expedited nicely and was done efficiently. Tmk construction did a complete make over in my bathroom. Love it the walk in shower is amazing great customer service and quality work. They gave me bunch of great ideas and then made it come full circle.

My kitchens counters had been cracked due to accidents during birthdya parties, TMK Construction was very quick to reply to me after contacting them about an inquiry. They were very timely in setting up an appointment to do an inspection and were able to actually complete the work the same day for the counter repairs. The work took a few hours bu the kitchen counters look great and you cant even tell that there was damage done. Great company

My husband and I hired TMK Const. to replace the carpets in our house with tile. They have amazing customer service, friendly staff in all aspects of the project. Very quick and dependable work. The new tile looks amazing and they made it look so easy. Definitely going to hire them for our next project.

Hired TMK to remove the popcorn on the ceilings of our house and to install new tiles, lighting and sinks in our master bathroom. TMK provided new tile, lights and sink samples within our budget. They completed the job in a timely manner without any change orders. The house wasn't too dusty after the popcorn removal since they were thorough with covering up everything. The final paid was very close to the initial quote. Really happy with the final product.

We hired TMK to do a full remodel of our kitchen. My mom wanted to redo all the cabinets, create an island, add marble counters and install recessed lighting. We went to a couple other construction companies, but TMK gave us the lowest quote and had the best customer service. The team came in to tear out the old kitchen and put in a new one. The final product looked amazing. I wish I took pictures of the old kitchen so I could do a side by side transformation. I'm really happy with the new kitchen, and all the new cabinet space and island makes it easier to store everything and entertain.
