I would highly recommend Teresa--she is professional, ethical, and kind! She helped me purchase my first home several years ago and then to refinance it several years later. She was quick to get back to me by phone and email. There is a lot of stress associated with buying a home but I knew that Teresa was handling everything and keeping me informed. She was also warm and helpful.
I am currently buying a house--I am using another lender due to the seller's request as part of a contingency. I reached out to Teresa to make sure I wasn't making a make mistake with the rates and closing costs. She got right back to me. She assured me that I was getting a good rate-- I truly really appreciated this honesty and helpfulness.
