I Ordered seven sweaters. Only received 4. Called for the remainder. Was told I had them all. I Was racially insulted on the help line. Complained to SEARS HQ in Chicago . Nothing happened there.
Never got the remaining sweaters.
This is only one of many errors, others include ordering a motorcycle jack and getting a chair instead. Ordering an angle grinder with battery and never getting the battery.
It's always a fight with SEARS. Their offshore HELP center just gives you the runaround all the time.
Since Christmas 2012 , I no longer purchase from SEARS.

THEY CAME AT THE TIME THEY SAID WHICH WAS GOOD FOR ME BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT TO BE SITTING AROUND WAITING. THEY EVEN FIXED SOME STUFF THAT I DIDN'T REQUEST AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME FOR IT. I HAVE A PAID SERVICE CONTRACT WITH THEM, AND ALL I HAVE TO DO IS CALL AND THEY COME. I DID GET CHARGED A $15 SERVICE FEE WHICH WAS FINE.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS PRETTY GOOD. THEY WALKED ME THROUGH EVERYTHING SHOWING ME WHY IT'S IMPORTANT TO HAVE INSULATION. THEY EXPLAINED THAT IT KEEPS THE HOUSE COOLER IN THE SUMMER AND WARMER IN THE WINTER. THEY WERE A LITTLE LATE TO THEIR SET APPOINTMENT.
