It was free. It was all under warranty. It was $390 for one tire. They were good. I was not happy with the price but they took care of me, so I can’t complain.

Everything was perfect. Arrived and greeted promptly. Car repaired as I waited. They even washed my car after the service.

First time I was experiencing a problem with my battery. I would park and then return to my vehicle to find it nearly out of charge or too dead to start. I replaced the battery but eventually it started again. They replaced my brand new diehard battery and alternator.
Then I started having over heating problems. They replaced my water pump, belts, and upcharged me for a stock ac delco water pump upgrade. All of that was at the end of my warranty.
After the warranty ran out the vehicle overheated again. This time stopping to let it cool and restarting didn't work. Turns out it was the electric radiator fan. When stopped, new cars still run the fan to cool the antifreeze. Since the motor was degrading/seizing it was pulling a lot more current and killing the battery. They told me that they would cover the tow and fix it for free over the phone... until the next day. My warranty company had declined the new thermostat and that was the alleged culprit, so I had to pay the tow and they wanted to overhaul the engine too. Of course to the tune over a couple thousand dollars.
I paid them $100 for their trouble, took the vehicle home and replaced the $275 fan. I had a mechanic check and no bad gaskets or anything, the motor was in great shape just needed oil and transmission fluid changed (radiator and transmission cooler are combined so it was a precaution). Oh, and I still have the same thermostat that didn't need to be replaced and of course I was stuck with the $250 bill for towing since it was my negligence in not knowing what was actually wrong with the vehicle.
Do not believe the hype that the dealer has special tools and training to work on your car. Use this list and find a mechanic, your warranty covers repairs there too. They probably pay better and the owner will know a thing or 2 as well.

I basically negotiated the price of the car on the internet with different dealers and had the deal locked up before I went in. They just offered me the lowest price of the car I wanted. I was happy with the price and I have never been back there because it is a good distance from my home. It took longer but that is just the process. The price was most competitive.

I have a 2004 Chevrolet Colorado little pick up truck. They are okay. I go there because it is a Chevy dealership. I think it is more with the vehicle and not the dealership. I've had to have the windows worked on two or three times. I don't think the quality of the motor is that great. They usually do a good job. I will continue to go there because I am afraid of an independent place.

OUR EXPERIENCE WAS A GOOD ONE. THEY ANSWERED ALL THE QUESTIONS WE HAD AND WERE VERY PLEASED TO ANSWER ANYTHING WE ASKED.
