+ -1 moreThe base stopped working about a year ago. After trying to figure out who to contact about this problem, we called their headquarters. When we informed them of the problem they told us they had bought out the Ortho Mattress company and that the warranty was no longer valid. They still used the same Ortho name, and still say that they were in business for the last 57 years. They never resolved this matter. I will not use them again in the future. They were not helpful.
Description of Work: We purchased a mattress that lifts up and down and has a massager around 12 years ago. We purchased this product and also a life time guarantee for the work.
