The pricing is reasonable, they do a follow up to see if you are happy with the car even though you can't take it back. The amount of patience that they have is good. They answer all the questions in a knowledgeable way. They offer you coffee and water as you select the car.

I went to Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos website to request an Internet quote for a 2014 Accord and I got a response within 1/2 hour. The pricing in the quote was quite low compare to the pricing research I had done, but after reading reviews about this dealership I had the confidence they would honor the price. I made an appointment with one of there Internet sales manager, Ty, and we met him on a Friday morning. We had a test drive and went to his office and indeed he did honor the Internet price without any problems. Even their finance department was easy to work with--no hard sell for extras we didn't want. Also, this was one of the few dealerships that had the exterior and interior color of the Accord we wanted (I was able to view their inventory on their website). Overall, I was very satisfied with the pricing and purchase process of our new car and would definitely recommend them if you are looking to buy a Honda vehicle.

I was perfectly satisfied with them. The customer service is excellent. They were trying to be helpful. As far as price goes, I'm really not that sure because I haven't really compared them to other services but I don't think it's excessive.

We have bought at least 3 cars from NORM REEVES HONDA and we have been extremely happy with the service and with their sales. We are not in the market for buying a new car now but, when we do purchase we deal with a man named Tom Simons. We've referred several people and he always gives good treatment. He is very straight forward and knows his talk. He knows us well enough to know what we like.

They were terrible and I would never buy another car from them. I almost got into a fist fight with the salesman because he was being a jerk, wanted to haggle over $500, and even called my wife an idiot. They offered me several free oil changes and I didn't event bother using them because I disliked them so much.

I would use them in the future.

They do quality service and they are reasonable. They do the Honda parts into the car, so there are no problems with putting sub standard parts into the car. We will continue to take our car there in the future.

It is excellent service.I could make appointment if necessary. They stuck to the appointment time. It is a great outfit to work with.

THE PERSONNEL WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY GAVE ME A RIDE TO WORK AFTER I DROPPED OFF THE VEHICLE. THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND PROVIDED COFFEE WHILE I WAITED FOR THE SHUTTLE.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS REASONABLE. THE PROBLEM WAS DIAGNOSED THAT NIGHT AND I WAS CONTACTED BY PHONE WITH THE OPTION TO HAVE THE WORK PERFORMED AND COMPLETED BY THE NEXT MORNING. THE PARTS DEPARTMENT LOCATED THE CORRECT LAMP AND WAS ABLE TO PROVIDE THE LAMP FROM STOCK ON HAND FOR IMMEDIATE PURCHASE. THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE STEEP, BUT I NEEDED THE PART.

SERVICE GOOD, PRICE COMPATABLE. THERE IS ROOM FOR BETTER DISCOUNT.

GOOD EXPERIENCE OVERALL.

I LOVE THE FACT THAT I AM ABLE TO LEAVE MY CAR AT NIGHT AND PICK IT UP THE NEXT DAY. THEY TAKE YOU HOME ALSO. THEY'RE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. PEOPLE SAY DEALERS ARE EXPENSIVE. WHILE THEY ARE, YOU KNOW YOU ARE GETTING QUALITY WORK DONE.
