Established in 1982. Lucky Aire has the privilege of celebrating its 30th birthday this year. All too often we hear about the bad business practices of some companies. But here at Lucky Aire we believe in fairness and excellent customer service. We have recently moved from Signal Hill but our standards have yet to change. We appreciate our customers and value the opportunity to serve them.

I just happened to run across this review today and was quite concerned that you had such a bad experience. Even though it was over three years ago I wanted to look into what happened as I am always wanting to improve our customers' experience. Unfortunately there looks as to have been a mistake when selecting our company to post a review. We are located in Cerritos Ca. and your address listed above is 74 miles away from our office and outside of our service area. I believe you meant to leave a review for the Lucky Air (a different company without the "e" at the end of Air) that is located in Riverside.
