We haven't been with them that much but so far they have been good to us. It was very good. I had no problems.

I have taken my Ford Edge here since I bought it in 2007. Overall, they are a decent auto service company. They are prompt and professional. Their prices are OK. I have primarily used them for routine maintenance and they do that we'll. They even provide a free car wash. My only hesitancy in giving them an even higher score is that they weren't able to correctly diagnose an a/c problem a while back. I eventually took it to an independent repair place and they were able to fix it.

I have not been involved in the process. He tested the car. We were last there three weeks ago. The office environment was very open. It was clean, uncluttered. They do not put pressure on you to buy. It is hard to get a discount on a hybrid.

A great experience. The sales manger Angie Marzinke and the Internet Sales Manager Victor Resendiz were both great to work with. They followed up quickly and professionally on all of our questions related to the order process, tracking of hte estimated delivery date and the final sale. This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Cerritos Ford, and each purchase has been an excellent experience.
I strongly recommend Cerritos Ford for both sales and service.

Excellent service.Both the service writers and the mechanics are excellent.
They do take appointments and the service is performed in a timely manner.
