OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. SEARS ALWAYS DOES GOOD JOBS. THEY ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HARD WORKERS. JOB WAS MESSY, HAD TO TAKE THINGS APART.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS A GOOD ONE. I HAD NO IDEA WHAT I WAS DOING. CONTACTED THE OFFICE THEY WALKED ME THROUGH HOW TO REMOVE THE IGNITE. TOOK IT IN AND THE SALES PEOPLE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED AND TOOK CARE OF IT. THE PRICE WAS LESS THAN I THOUGHT OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. CONTACTED THE COMPANY, HAD WARRANTY FOR REPAIRS. THEY RESPONDED WITHIN ONE DAY. THEY CAME OUT AND COMPLETED THE JOB QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. I CAN WASH AGAIN.
