IT TOOK A COUPLE OF VISITS FOR THEM TO GET THE RIGHT PART TO REPLACE THE BURNING UNIT ON THE RANGE AND THAT IS WHY I GAVE THEM A "C." THEIR SERVICE WAS REALLY GOOD.
