We had our shower stall replaced. Dan gave us the original estimate and answered all our questions. The plan called for them to demo the shower walls/tile, remove the basin and put in a new door. Dwayne and Felipe came out to do the work. Dwayne was able to fit the new walls over the old tile. Not only did that save us from the mess that a demo would have caused but it also meant we did not have to touch up the paint around the shower. We were very pleased with the quality of their work. Don?t expect it to be done in 24 hours. If all goes well, a job like ours takes about 2 days for the initial labor then you have to wait a few more days for the door to arrive. Our job took a little extra time because we ran into one bump along the way caused by water puddling in the basin. Scott, one of the bosses, came out twice to answer our questions and calm our fears. Dwayne and Felipe worked hard to get it fixed. We are very happy with the finished product. And we don?t want to leave out Patty, back at the office, who was so helpful.
One more note, as consumers you need be involved in what?s going on with your project. We?ve learned over the years that while you may make your wishes known to the salesperson, the work crew isn?t always aware of them. We had a problem with which way
the shower door would open because we assumed they had the salesman?s sketches, which they didn't. Mistakes can happen with even the best of workers and Dwayne and Felipe are two of the best. So stay involved with the process. Again, we are very pleased with the final product and that we had 24 Hour Bath do the job.

"You are absolutely right. Though most tub liners can be installed in one day, because your vanity rests on top of the tub, this should have been presented to you as a two-day installation. Our staff has been made aware that in the rare cases when a vanity rests on the tub, it will be a two day installation. The further delay was due to a manufacturing problem, and I wish that it hadn’t happened to you. I found the email where my manufacturer was to compensate you directly, and I apologize that it did not happen. I will send the check to you personally and deal with them directly. I’m so happy that you are pleased with the final results, and I thank you for your patience through the delays."

Excellent from start to finish. The initial phone call friendly, courteous, extremely helpful; answered all my questions, set appointment date and sent me picture of gentlemen who would be arriving to meet with husband and myself. Every contact was perfection, from the first call to the install. Clean, dependable, honest and trustworthy. I plan on using them again.

I didn't care for the way they're going to do it. They weren't going to demo, they would just going to do overlay, and I preferred the complete demo out of this, that's why I went with the other company.

I had a old shower with old tile walls with cracked glass door and I was tired of recaulking the old tile so with the new shower the walls are easy to clean and with a nice glass door.. The staff work straight thru from 10:30 to 8:30 PM and did excellent job

We had our old grungy bathtub and fixtures replaced by 24 Hour Bath last month and my husband and I are so happy with our new tub remodel. The whole experience was excellent. Everyone we dealt with at 24 Hour Bath was prompt, courteous and professional. Sean the sales rep., gave us design ideas and options that other companies didn't even mention to us. The installers, Dwayne and Jeff were awesome. They showed up in the morning and by evening, everything was done beautifully and neatly. Also, out of all the quotes we received, 24 Hour Bath's was the best. I highly recommend this company.
