One more note, as consumers you need be involved in what?s going on with your project. We?ve learned over the years that while you may make your wishes known to the salesperson, the work crew isn?t always aware of them. We had a problem with which way
the shower door would open because we assumed they had the salesman?s sketches, which they didn't. Mistakes can happen with even the best of workers and Dwayne and Felipe are two of the best. So stay involved with the process. Again, we are very pleased with the final product and that we had 24 Hour Bath do the job.
"You are absolutely right. Though most tub liners can be installed in one day, because your vanity rests on top of the tub, this should have been presented to you as a two-day installation. Our staff has been made aware that in the rare cases when a vanity rests on the tub, it will be a two day installation. The further delay was due to a manufacturing problem, and I wish that it hadn’t happened to you. I found the email where my manufacturer was to compensate you directly, and I apologize that it did not happen. I will send the check to you personally and deal with them directly. I’m so happy that you are pleased with the final results, and I thank you for your patience through the delays."
