Superior Systems - Commercial Appliance And HVAC

Hired Superior Systems-Manuel Torres to install a New HVAc unit back in ealry 2008. Contacted him since then to do repairs. He installed the incorrect size filter which caused majority of the  problems. System is under warranty for 5 years labor and material. Had problems last year in October 2010 of which he went out and charged me. Had problems again towards the end of June of this year. Contacted him on June 27th to let him know. Did not get back to me and made the excuse of being on vacation from July 4th through the 8th. Had to hire someone else to do the repairs. Manuel Torress will charge you even if you have warranty on the system.  He will not return your calls, txts or emails once he does the job.  Warranty work is not top priorty for him.  Get everything in detailed writing and read everything carefully.  His way is to get more money from you to service the unit for the warranty to be valid.  Would not recommend this company.
