I won’t use them again.  The tech that came out cut the power wires going to my thermostat.  I went upstairs and picked up my thermostat and the power wires were gone.  Needless to say, I called them up and I was angry.  The foreman that came to fix it said, he instructs all his guys to do that, wherever they go, that if the wire is not needed cut it off before somebody messes something up.  They didn’t do a damn thing for the tune-up; they did not clean the filter. 

We made an appointment with Joe for the design, price, and installation time.  Joe had some great ideas on the design which we used.  The installation crew was scheduled to install the new cover around 0900 on the start day.  They called that morning and explained they would be about 30 minutes late, very professional.  They worked quietly through out the day completing the install in two days.  The last day of work there was some light rain.  They could not caulk the seams that day because of the rain.  They explained about the rain and the caulking and would return later.  The office called the next day to schedule the return which was completed that day.  Great experience working with John Decker construction and recommend them highly.

His workers are very sloppy. They cut a wall in our home, that wasn’t crooked, but I couldn’t tell because it was stucco. I had another company come to put siding on, and they told me that one of the walls was crooked. I called them to let them know, and they didn’t take the time to come check it out.
