I lost faith in his ability to replace tiles so that the roof would look nice. He also did not have needed material nor the money to go buy the material as needed. Just not equiped with the basic materials. He was very nice and is bid was more than reasonable so I did pay him the amount he requested for the day.

He's a good roofer and he's reasonably priced. He's punctual and I never had any problems with him.
