CLIMATE was founded in 2002 on the premise that quality installations and service should be affordable. Today it is still our goal to provide our best to every customer. Whether you own a commercial or residential building, whether you need installation or service, our goal is to provide you with key environmental systems expertise. You should be at ease and in control – a feeling of confidence and comfort that we are happy to help you establish and maintain. At CLIMATE we stay current with technology, use up–to–date test equipment, and educate our service and installation technicians to the most current standards. James Fultz, owner of CLIMATE Heating & Air, has over 20 years of experience in the industry. He has installed Rheem, Carrier, Bryant, Day & Night, Payne, York, Trane, Luxaire, Gibson, Bard, & Water Furnace equipment, and serviced every type and brand of equipment on the market. "Our office was called by this homeowner once on 12/18/2013 and again on 04/15/2014 both appointments were made by our office and both appointments were cancelled by homeowner. Our office is not showing we did any work for this gentleman. To explain in more detail, it appears this mobile home was moved and the mobile home company did not contract with us to disconnect this condenser. After the home was set, the homeowner did not use the mobile home moving company to reconnect the condenser. The homeowner called our office to scheduled us to come out and reconnect his condenser on 12/18/[Member Information Removed]. Our notes show our standard price. The homeowner then called and cancel the appointment. We were contacted by the homeowner again to reconnect his condenser on 4/15/14 and the same price was quoted. This time the homeowner canceled stating it was too hot and he had someone coming sooner. We have never seen /touched this homeowners equipment, nor have ever performed ANY services for him. I am puzzled and saddened by this review stating we performed services for this homeowner."
