Description of Work: In June I contacted them and was given an estimate in a timely manner. We were not able to proceed until October. I called to ask to meet and set a date, with my call not returned. I called a second time and again left a message. On the 3rd try I spoke with Mike, he stated he was busy until after the first of the year and I said that was fine if we could meet and go over a few details. We scheduled a date to meet, he never showed up nor returned my call when I called. Very unprofessional. Not reliable enough to attempt further contact.

Description of Work: He drilled a larger hole into our granite countertop for our office for our computer cords to fit through

Description of Work: We had new granite counter tops and tile back splash installed in our kitchen and bath. The work included demolishion of existing tile, mortar beds in the kitchen and removal of old bath vanity top. The demolishion was messy but they took care to protect the cabinets and flooring from damage. The cleanup was good for what could be seen, but the broken mortar bed gravel siffed down into every drawer and space below the cabinets. They made templates of the counter tops and fabricated the granite counters at their shop in Ceres. A week later the counter tops were delivered and they tried to install them but our cabinets were uneven in height and the ends were not matching up correctly. Rather than using shims to "make it work", they pulled off the countertop and leveled the surface with a mortar bed and reinstalled the granite tops. The end result was level and beautiful countertops. Next they installed the tile backsplash and came back the following week to seal the grout. The price was more than $2,500 less than the next closest bidder. The workmanship was excellent. They were able to start work the same week the contract was signed and completed about 2 1/2 weeks later. They returned phone calls rapidly and the communication was good. Highly recommended
