I had purchased wrong fixture for kitchen sink that needed to be replaced. James went with me to Home Depot to return fixture and assure that i bought correct one. He did not charge me by the hour but rather the job. He fixed and replaced many parts that had been previously misinstalled under the kitchen sink. His charges were extremely fair. He even fixed our toilet tank that had not been filling properly at no charge! We will use his services again in the future many many times as needed.
