Dave laid the proposal out word for word and completed each task to the letter including the replacement of the dry-rot and the specified price, right down to the hour. At anytime that I had questions, all I had to do was just ask.The quality has been top-notch all the way. The only waiting we had to do was wait for the weather and the inspector. It's been hard to find someone compatible with my strict ethics and eye for quality. I was trained by my father and the Air Force. 'Good enough for government work' does NOT cut it with me. I look forward to working with Dave on a few other things that need done around this house. As my Realtor said 'If you wanted a $300,000 house, you should have bought a $300,000 house'. I couldn't afford a $300,000 house, so I'll get what I need & help put his kids through college, or trade school!
