Good. They ordered the head gasket kit and will complete the service next week. They are very thorough and trustworthy. Frank, the mechanic is terrific and it is a joy to deal with Tiffany, the office manager..

This repair went well with no complaints. The price was reasonable. It did take several days for them to look at the car..
General background on Nelsons- I have 4 vehicles and we have been using Nelson's Garage for about15 years. Here are some of my thoughts
1. They are not cheap. The charge basically the same rate as the dealer. They do not use discount parts but use OEM parts. So sometimes the parts are higher then is you got them from Auto Zone.
2. They do not work on weekends
3. Most of the time we have to wait 3 days or longer just to bring in the car to have them look at it
4. They generally stand behind their work but sometimes will argue with you
5 They have been in business for many years. They stopped doing auto repair several years ago and just concentrated on classic car restoration. With the downturn in the economy, they started doing auto repair again.
6. I have started taking my autos to another garage mainly because of the long wait times to have the car serviced.
