DO NOT CALL Valley Technical Services
About us
Do You Need a Nerd? Hello. My name is John Kephart, and I help people with their computing needs. Whether it's basic cleanup and optimization, software and hardware installation and configuration, or training users on how to stay secure and get the most out of their computers, I pride myself on personable, high-quality service that satisfies. I have been doing this since 2010. I am certified A+, Net+, and Security+, which all help me to identify the problem as quickly as possible, and to be able to recommend the most appropriate solution. I am patient, as I understand that computers can be intimidating. I work well with senior citizens and people who are new to computers and computing. I have experience with PCs, laptops, smartphones, tablets, E-readers, as well as internet usage and secure browsing, anti virus operations, office suite install and configuration and usage. I make my explanations as clear as possible, and always check to see if the customer is satisfied and can do what they want and need to do with their machines. My rate is reasonable, and I serve the Coachella Valley, from Palm Springs to Palm Desert. (If you are farther out, just reach out to me and we'll talk.)
