THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THE WERE GOING TO DO, AND I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE WORK. THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO AND LEFT WHEN THE JOB WAS DONE. THEY DID A GOOD JOB.

THEY WERE GOOD BUT THEY WEREN'T THE GREATEST. WE HAD LITTLE THINGS THAT SEEMED NOT TO WORK OUT. THEY DEBATED WHETHER THAT WAS IN THE CONTRACT OR NOT. THEY DIDN'T QUITE DO IT THE WAY THEY THOUGHT WE WERE GOING TO DO IT. THEY ALL IMPLIED THAT IT WASN'T THAT WAY IN THE CONTRACT.
