small appliance repair
+ -1 moreI called them to service my front load washer and freezer. They told me they would come between 10-11am. They called me at 11:30 saying technician was running late about 40mins. By 1pm I called and got a machine, left a message. I haven't heard from them and it's now 4pm. They just ghosted. Would not recommend. Horrible communication and rude. This company is now SR Appliances on Date Palm Dr. in Cathedral City. Update: They called me back late afternoon yesterday telling me technician was in a car accident, and could have another guy come this morning at 11am. They called to say they were 20mins out. Never showed up AGAIN! The office girl, apologized profusely, but that doesn't fix anything. She claimed this has never happened before. Right.. Ridiculous
