TERRIBLE SERVICE.  CALLED ON MONDAY, CAME THAT DAY TO MEASURE AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD CALL WITH PRICE AS SOON AS THEY GOT BACK TO THE OFFICE.  CALLED LATE IN DAY AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD CALL LATER, WHICH THEY DIDN'T AND CALLED THE NEXT DAY.  APPROVED AMOUNT AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD ORDER IT AND IT WOULD BE IN IN ABOUT A DAY OR TWO.  CALLED THURSDAY AND WAS RUDELY TOLD IN WOULD BE FRIDAY AT 9:00AM, CALLED AT 9:30AM AND ASKED IF THEY WERE COMING AND AFTER PUT ON HOLD WAS TOLD THEY WOULD BE HERE AT 11:30AM.  WAS TOLD THEY WOULD CALL EVERY TIME THEY CAME BUT THEY NEVER DID CALL.  JUST POOR SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EVEN WORSE.

THEY ARE GOOD, I KEEP CALLING THEM EACH TIME I HAVE A PROBLEM, I LIKE THEM. IF THEY ARE TOO BUSY THEY WILL GIVE ME ANOTHER NAME TO CALL. THEY HELP FIX EMERGENCIES.
