OSUNA CLEANING SERVICE

They were to install new tile flooring in my entry as well as install tile in a big shower area. They also installed a faucet fixture and other, new step up rails for the shower and other odds and ends that go along with the bath remodel. I hired them for the work in my condo which is located in Palm Desert but I stayed in the condo for 4 weeks trying to get them to come and finish the work; I also live in Tampa and I had to fly out to California to have this done! The work has not been completed to my satisfaction, the painter they brought in did not do a professional job; all of the edges have paint clumped, the paint was run over parts of the tile and in my opinion I definitely didn't get what I paid for. As of right now the job is still not complete and Mr. Osuna has been paid in full! I have tried numerous times to get in contact with him and he will not answer my calls or come out and finish up. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone....I don't even know what I got for the money I spent. The only reason I hired them was because my realtor told me they were great, that's the last time I go off of 1 recommendation!!!
