Lloyd Riggins Custom Hardwood & Laminate Instl

This job involved dealing with the aftermath of a flood in my mobile home. I first contacted Lloyd at the end of April for an estimate and samples of available flooring.While i waited for insurance money, he was patient and cooperative, continuing to furnish samples and suggestions. It took over two months for the insurance company to provide the necessary  money for reconstruction and Lloyd provided services w/o payment during that time. He picked up and delivered 51 boxes of flooring material, unloaded it into the house (very heavy boxes) as well as meeting me several times for re-measurements and changes in plan. I gave him a deposit a week before we started the work. We experienced record temperatures in Palm Springs at this time; 121 degrees at the end of June. He was always punctual and when his schedule changed, he always called and alerted me ahead of time. The work began July 1st, after the new subfloor was replaced. He arrived between 8 and 8:30 a.m., took no more than an hour for lunch and never left before 4:30 pm. Temperatures were always in the triple digits and I had no AC because the underside insulation had not been replaced yet. By July 3rd, at least 3/4 of the job was complete.The floor is very beautiful and stable.  I appreciate the guidance Lloyd gave me in choosing quality materials and insuring that I used the appropriate laminate for the bathroom (Pergo) since kitchen and baths require moisture-proof material.
