Linda Snowden Construction

I purchased a 2600 sq ft home that had been in foreclosure.  There had been alot of damage done to the property and all of the home systems (A/C's, pool equipment, plumbing, misting, appliances, lighting) had been stolen.  A friend recommended that I call Linda Snowden Construction.  I also found that she had good reviews on Angies List.  Linda responded quickly and provided excellent references.  I obtained quotes from 3 contractors and visited their project sites.  I was most impressed with the quality of work, attitudes and jobsite management of Linda's crew.   It was very apparent that she had the respect of her crews.  Although her quote was not the lowest, I felt most comfortable that she would complete a high quality job within my timeframe.  I found Linda to be very easy to work with and very professional.  She personally planned and oversaw my renovation.  Linda was very accessible whenever I needed to reach her.  She brought great product solutions to me.  Overall, she bent over backwards to make sure that she kept her promises and that I was very happy.

I had a good experience with them. It was a condo and they ripped out the studs. I spent about $50,000. I had 4 estimates and I picked the one that made sense. They were not the cheapest but the price was pretty fair. I got value for my money. They did a good job, I have no complaints. I will use this company in the future.
