My central air conditioning started just blowing warm air toaday at 4:30 PM. I called my landlord and they sent JC Air Conditioning. The service man "James" called me ad said he could get to me by 8:30 PM (Friday of Labor Day Weekend) He showed up on time, went to the roof, identified the problem. The compresser fan had shorted out. He replaced the wires, changed the filter, checked the gas, did a full service check. An hour later everything is fine. It's even blowing stronger and cooler than before. I don't know how much it cost because it is being billed directly to my landlord.
