HONDA OF THE DESERT

The car is a Honda so you service it at the dealership.  It is easy to schedule and the service is professional and you know what to expect.

They did the job overnight. The workers were fabulous. I would highly recommend the to a friend and they were fine.

Everything was perfect. They finished when they said they would, charged less than they said they would, and were completely accommodating at every step.

So far they have been very reasonable for anything I've had done there. They are not expensive but they are not cheap. I have only dealt with one guy and he seems to be really good.

I have always dealt with them and I have had good results. I like the sales staff; they know what they're doing. I like the feeling that I'm not being hustled and shifted around from one person to another person who is supposed to be more expert. They don't do that and I appreciate it. I go back there every time I need a new car.

We like them. We spent about $ 250 on the last service. They are actually very good communicators and once they do the work it is good; we have never had to take our car back. We have had our car washed there. The managers there are all very, very professional and we have had good experiences there. It is weird for a dealership to be this good.

I had to return to the dealership 3 separate times because the mechanics would further damage the interior with each visit. On my final visit, the mechanics got into my trunk, where no service was needed, and stole my 350$ Ipod. When I confronted the General Manager, he said that there surveillance system did not work in the back lot, so they were not responsible.
