GH pool construction

I did not receive a reply from this business when I used the ?Ask a Question? button, where ?providers have opted to use this feature? according to Angie?s List FAQs. I said I needed to have the controller for my spa replaced, provided brief details, and I asked if they did that kind of work. A simple yes/no answer would have sufficed. It?s very frustrating to wait a week and get nothing when you are trying to respond promptly to quotes from businesses who actually do want your work.

I was very nervous about the work that needed to be done on my pool, I had to pull up approx 200 feet of concrete decking around the pool where a leak was evident and replace tiles and coping around a pool that was built in 1980. Earl at GH Pools really researched the situation before starting the job, he found the original company that provided the coping and tiles when the pool was built, he found a source matching tiles to replace tiles that would be damaged in the process and a source for the coping patterns that are not manufactured now. I am SHOCKED at the results of their work, it is so seamless, I can not tell where the old tile meet the new. truly a job done with much thought and great craftsmanship. I had four quotes for this job, and many different ideas about where the leak was originating and the cause. GH pools was the only one with the correct hypothesis. GH pools was not the least expensive quote, but also not the highest. And dealing with Laura in the office was so easy. I was 100% confident that the job would be done right with GH Pools A pool is a considerable asset as well as a considerable liability to my home value if not kept in good working order I will use GH pools, and Earl for all future pool issues.
