Frazier Pest Control Inc

I signed up with Frazier pest control back in September of 2020. They were supposed to come every month and service my home. In December, they contacted me and apologized for not coming to service my home since September. I was totally cool with it and asked them how I was supposed to pay them because they never told me. It is through your email. Ok well I am not the best at checking my emails. So I missed a few bills. I eventually paid them and everything was going well except I still had these little tiny black ants in my bathroom. I ended up switching to quarterly because my main problem was the tiny black ants and they were still there. My dad ended up getting really sick and spent 2 months in the hospital after getting his covid vaccine. He went from being a full functioning adult as a manager at a car dealership, to drooling on himself and not able to go to the bathroom by himself. Frazier sent me to collections instead of just calling me. I don't understand why they could not just communicate. The charged me $30 in late fees instead of just making a phone call saying hey we haven't received a payment. The first technician Chris used to call me before he would spray. Aaron never called. I don't even know for sure they actually serviced my home to be honest. I am very disappointed. I gave two stars because at least Chris was a good technician.

Had appt scheduled for 9am. Guy didn't show up until 5pm. Waited all day for him just to do inspection that took him less than 7 mins. I don't recommend these guys at all. Find other companies.

Technician showed up on time and was friendly enough. I told him there had been an inspection 6 months ago; they found subterranean termites and treated them. I told him I wanted to be sure that specific area was reinspected carefully. I thought the issue had been in the garage, but he couldn't find any evidence there. I also pointed out some water stains and a place where wood siding had been eaten away; oddly he said he could not call those out as issues.
So anyway, he told me the house was clear and, since he seemed to be in a hurry, I let him go, with the understanding that if the prior report turned up we would send it to him. The prior report subsequently DID show up, which showed the problem area to be on the OUTSIDE of the wall we had been looking at. Since the tech barely glanced at that area, I had my agent request that someone come back for a closer look. She spoke to Joe, the owner, and he flatly refused to take a second look. He just kept repeating that the report was clear.
Needless to say, we will never use them again.

Frazier is very responsive to my concerns. I have them on a monthly contract but each time I call with a concern, they come right out to the house and take care of the problem and then the issue goes away. I would highly recommend them.

Frazier Pest Control shows up as scheduled and has done a great job.

It had already been brought to our attention that there was a termite inspection, however, when they were here they said they couldn't find any. Their job was to do a termite inspection and they claimed there was no termite problem. I tried explaining to them that we were already told that there was a problem, and the man that came out was pretty arrogant and just said he's been doing this a while.

They are very reliable. Their people are very professional and friendly. Their spraying has made a difference. It is very important to have pest control in a desert as there are many bugs here. They do whatever I asked them to. If I have issues, they take care of them.
