Electrician for Hire

It took Rick a week to get to me; however that was fine as it wasn't an emergency. He told me he's arrive between 8:00 and 10:00. At 8:00 on the dot he rang the bell. I couldn't believe it. I'm used to contractors who show up late or not at all. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, found a couple of minor problems and fixed them.
It's a great relief to have this taken care of by someone who knows what he's doing. I could not hesitate to call Rick again for electrical work.

Update 5/10/14: Problem is back. Quality and overall grades downgraded to a C.

They got here the same day I called them. The prices are very reasonable. They were great and very responsive.

Electrician for Hire quoted us a price and he stuck to it. He was quick, didn't disrupt things to much, he was neat, and I was really pleased. He was willing to bargain away the service call that was $125 down to $50. He came out on a service call and in about 10 minutes diagnosed the problem. He said to fix it would cost $600. I said gee you are going to charge me $125 for a service call and then a $600 job. Even lawyers give you a free consultation and then tell you what the bill is going to be. I said why don't you work that service call price down and he agreed to that and charged me $50 to show up that day and $600 to fix it and I was happy with that. He showed up at 8 o'clock like he said he would and was out by 10 o'clock. I have no reference for how an electrician will charge, but I don't think he gouged us. I am sure that it was good quality, but only time will tell. I called him on a Monday and asked when he could come out and he said Wednesday was available and I said great. He was on time. I thought he was to the point, didn't talk a lot, said what he wanted to say, and delivered what he said he would. That is what I call professional. I would absolutely use him again and I told him I would use him again in the near future.

The job I needed was done promptly and professionally.
