These people are very friendly and easy to work wiith. The instalation was excellent. The cooler supplies air to a greenhouse and here in the desert is vital to the orchids inside. Their maintenance has kept the cooler in top shape.

Would rate 10 Star if that was offered. DCS was recommended by an A/C service as THE best evaporative cooler business in the valley and we agree. We can't say enough about the superb workmanship. You'd never know that our old unit had been removed and replaced. Totally clean. Buff took the time to explain all the operation features and offered advice on now to best operate the system. Walked around the house adjusting the windows and vents to balance the air pressure. So happy we choose DCS and that we signed up for annual maintenance. Highly recommend.

The job was performed perfectly. every single thing is 100% top notch. Not only did they install everything to work perfectly, they did it with class making sure that every waterline, electiic line and drain line actually looks good. you can tell they take it to that next level, it isn't just about making it work, they also want it to look good so that their customers know it was done right.

It went okay. I was kind of freaked out by the price at first, but then I was reminded by my other half that I was given 5 options and could have chosen any one of them. I chose to replace because my old cooler had not been maintained over the last 10 years and it was starting to have deterioration issues. That was totally my fault. This price included 2 years of maintenance and help whenever you need it. I was especially pleased that the motor was ridiculously loud and after lamenting all night about it waiting to talk to Buff, he came and replaced it. Now it's just fine...He wanted it as perfect as I did! When you spend that kind of money you want it to be with someone you can trust!!! Thanks Buff.

Installed in one day, they were very professional, very clean and respectful of my home and furniture. Came promptly at scheduled time, when they were finished they even vacuumed the rug!! (even tho it did not appear to need it).
They paid attention that my cat did not escape!! Overall I would highly recommend this company to others. They are prompt with returning my phone calls or email, had all the paper work for me to file for my rebate with the electric company.
they scheduled my installation on my schedule with no problems.
I am glad there are on Angies list, that is where I found them.
Yea guys (Angies and Desert Cooler) keep up the great work.

We started using them a year ago. They are wonderful. They just do what they say they are going to do. The price is definitely not the cheapest but probably fair.

DCS WAS CONTACTED TO LOOK AT MY NON-WORKING A/C UNIT. THEY WERE HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. THE LADY THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE TOOK PITY ON ME AND SCHEDULED ME FOR SAME DAY, LATE IN THE AFTERNOON SERVICE AND DID NOT CHARGE ME AN OVERTIME FEE. THE TECH'S THAT RESPONDED WERE COURTEOUS AND HANDLED THE PROBLEM.
