 + -1 moreTHESE PEOPLE WERE VERY POLITE. I ACTUALLY THOUGHT THAT THEY WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO HELP ME. SINCE I THOUGHT THAT THEY WOULD OF TOLD ME TO BUY A NEW ONE. BUT NO HELP ME AND GOT IT TO WORK. IT WAS JUST SO GREAT. AND IT SAVE ME LOTS OF MONEY.
Description of Work: I TOOK MY COMPUTER TO THEM SO THAT THEY COULD FIX THE JAM THAT I COULDN'T FIX FOR MYSELF.
