Cathedral City Appliance Repair Experts

This did not turn out well at all. I found them on Google instead of Angie's List, which I think may have been the first problem. They were offering a 20% discount on their website for any repair. I called and was quoted a price of $79.00 for the repair and booked my appointment. When the repairman came to my house he told me that the price was $150.00 and he would not honor the 20% discount. I let him work on my fridge any way. After he left I noticed a vent in my freezer was on the floor of the freezer and tried to reattach it, but it would not stay on. I looked behind the fridge and saw that the clip that holds it in place was now broken. I called the repair man right away and he said he didn't break it. This is impossible since the part was fine before he got here. He finally agreed to find me a new part to replace it. I looked for a part as well and it turns out they don't exist, so now I have a broken piece in my freezer. The problem they were supposed to fix is still not fixed properly. They have been back out 2 more times since March and insist it's fixed, but it's still leaking into the back of my fridge.
