This company never returned my calls or emails to set up an appointment after I paid for the service. I am trying to get my $80 back. Very disappointed by the level of unprofessionalism. Do not waste your time or money on this company.

James loves cars and it's apparent.  My old truck is not like most of the high end cars that he works on, but he knew I really liked it and he treated it like a Bentley.  He is a master at his craft and I think he got a kick out of seeing how well it came back from the dead.  That's the kind of person I want working on my cars.  Several months ago James did a water spot removal process on my new Jetta and that came out beautifully too.  I'm kind of a perfectionist and often disappointed by services performed.  I was wearing a big smile when I left California Reflection.  Thanks again James.

Since my previous detailer had left that business, I have been unable to find anyone who could do the work as well as he did. Enter and quot;Angie's Listand quot; and a whole new experience in auto detailing. James, the owner, and his co-worker came to the house to do both our cars. Calling to confirm our 8AM appointment, earlier that morning, they were on time and got right into it. First finishing our SUV, then onto the smaller sports car, their work was impeccable.
Quite honestly, the smaller, older car looks better than it did coming out of the showroom 8 years ago. It required extra work, hence some extra cost, but they have a great eye for getting the car back into prime condition - removing little scratches, etc. and generally improving everything - inside and out. I highly recommend California Reflection. He offers a menu with multiple price points for different work. You can pick how much, or little, you want to spend. Your choice - no up selling. What a relief that was! Will I use them again? You can bet on it. Try them, you won't be disappointed.
