BEDROSIANS TILE & MARBLE

Showroom is nice, and personnel are generally friendly and helpful.  Order fulfillment is another, very disappointing issue. 
For my first transaction (counters) I selected Bedrosian's over another, less expensive, retailer because they offered a 6" back
splash that wasn't available elsewhere.  I purchased the product, and my fabricator went to retrieve.  Counters were ready but the back splash they provided was broken into several pieces, most not large enough to complete the job.  Their only response was 'back splashes are not guaranteed' and that everyone is told this when purchasing  (I was not).   After a couple of appeals they did supply me with unbroken pieces, though sadly they did not match the counters and weren't really usable.
But they tried, so I gave them another shot - this time purchasing some glass mosaic wall tile.  I initiated the order, and my contractor contacted them to confirm & receive contractor pricing.  We both were told (on separate occasions) that payment could be made when product was picked up.   When install day arrived and we returned, we discovered that the order had never been placed because payment had not been made.  We'd have to wait for the next shipment, which  was arriving on Monday (usually around 8, but truck could be late so no promises) or Saturday (sometimes they come, sometimes not and there's no one who can tell us prior). 
All in all, two very disappointing experiences that both inconvenienced me, my contractor, and resulted in significant additional unplanned expense.

THE ORDER WAS PLACED AND THE GRANITE WAS DELIVERED ON TIME TO THE STORE AND PICKED UP. ALL THE CORRECT MATERIAL WAS INCLUDED AND ASSISTANCE IN CARRYING OUT TO TRUCK WAS ALSO GIVEN.
